As HRI Properties began to focus more on the development of hotels, it was determined the timing was right to create a Hotel Management Company to better control the operation of these assets and provide more support for the managers of each hotel. In 2007 HRI Lodging, Inc. was created to concentrate efforts within our ever expanding portfolio of hotels across the continental U.S, while continually seeking out new opportunities.
HRI Lodging has developed hotel assets of over $781 Million including 3,500 available rooms. HRI Lodging has long-standing relationships with the industry’s leading hotel brands including Hilton, Hilton Garden Inns, Marriott, Renaissance by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inns and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. It is HRI Lodging’s mission to continue to expand the portfolio either through future acquisitions, new builds and management agreements.
We pride ourselves in partnering with communities to help revitalize and rejuvenate existing historic structures and create new structures in urban infill sites using local resources and labor.
